Battery Charging Indicators
The Single Slot Serial/USB Cradle can charge the MC9190-G main battery and a spare battery simultaneously.
The MC9190-G’s amber charge LED, located in the Indicator LED Bar, shows the status of the battery charging in
the MC9190-G. See Table 2-2 for charging status indications. The amber spare battery charging LED on the cradle
(see Figure 2-4 on page 2-7) shows the status of the spare battery charging in the cradle. See Table 2-3 for
charging status indications. Batteries usually charge in less than four hours.

Off MC9190-G is not in the cradle or connected to a CAM. MC9190-G is not placed correctly in
the cradle. Charger is not powered.No spare battery in well; spare battery not placed
correctly; cradle is not powered.
Fast Blinking Amber Error in charging; check placement of the MC9190-G.
Slow Blinking Amber MC9190-G is charging.
Solid Amber Charging is complete.
Note: When the battery is initially inserted in the MC9190-G, the amber LED flashes once if
the battery power is low or the battery is not fully inserted.
