Ensure that the cable has a USB A connector on one end and a
USB mini B connector on the other end.
Host computer not
configured properly.
Ensure that ActiveSync on the host computer is set to allow USB
connections.
The
wearable terminal
is not fully seated in
the cradle.
Remove and re-insert the
wearable terminal
into the cradle,
ensuring it is firmly seated.
